Yet another graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, Cheryl spent most of the past decade as admissions director of a small progressive school in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Before that, she was a magazine editor, college English teacher, sports columnist, and freelance writer. Nepotism notwithstanding, she is happy to be back in the home office. She is also developing an unhealthy attachment to her Kindle.
